eXadox WIZ - Features

eXadox WIZ uses a step by step approach to build and document filing policy plans. It consists of 5 easy steps.

  1. Manage Profiles: lets you create, copy, edit and export a policy plan for each profile associated with an operational entity (e.g. workgroup, department, business unit, etc…).
  2. Define Elements: lets you create, copy and edit elements designated for naming and structuring of folders, file names and metadata associated with a selected profile plan.
  3. Define Lists: lets you create, edit and import lists providing valid entries pertaining to folder, file name and metadata elements.
  4. Organize Elements: lets you arrange the order or hierarchy of your various folder, file name and metadata elements.
  5. Generate Report: lets you view, customize, print preview, save (HTML) the report generated for each the filing policy plan for each Profile.

Filing policy plans may be exported so that other colleagues may view and edit them using eXadox WIZ. The resulting filing policy may also be shared by saving, emailing or posting the HTML report-file generated.
